Before working with Rawinia Judson, I was experiencing extreme highs and lows in life. I was struggling to see how I could jump of this rollercoaster before it crashed. I was often anxious about when the next low might take me by surprise and felt uncertain about the future.
I was introduced to Rawinia by a close friend of mine. After following her social channels and attending a workshop she was leading, I felt drawn to connect with her to help me understand myself better.
I completed 12 weeks of coaching, where we got real and raw about what was causing the rollercoaster. Together we set goals and made a plan which unearthed a number of self-limiting beliefs and their origins, supporting me to move forward with courage. When I first started with Ra, I was after more regular contact with a coach. I wanted to expand the contact and deepen practices around stepping into my fullest self.

Prior to starting coaching with Rawinia, you could say I had trust issues. In fact, there was not a single individual I trusted apart from myself. Control was my comfort. The controlling of my emotions, the controlling of my actions to in turn control the reactions of my surroundings, the controlling of my peace.
It took a few sessions with Coach Rawinia – Coach Ra to me- to recognize that this behavior was not what I had labeled it to be, but instead an unraveling of trauma response. A healthy ‘resurfacing’ you could say. And that was the theme for us these past 3 months. I had learned that instead, that control was just fear. Fear of disappointment, fear of the changes I was avoiding, fear of ever exposing the hurt little girl I had spent so much energy never showing to others.
Coach Ra was super patient with me whilst I was navigating not only how to communicate without the filter of trying to adhere to the comfort of those around me, but in a way where that little girl felt safe enough to voice all the hurt she had buried and presumed she had overcome. This sounds very wrong but Coach Ra taught me how to break. Break down, break open, break up (just kidding) – whatever you want to call it- but my! It was gloriously healthy. She seeks to understand what is important to you and probes you at a pace that encourages your growth.

Into The Fire was exactly the safe space my soul had been craving for quite some time. Facilitated by the two beautiful ladies Sarah and Rawinia who seemed to metaphorically dance together as they presented and facilitated us through this deeply enriching experience. This was a beautiful breathwork practice held by Rawinia and Ryan.
